How old do I have to be?

We start at around age 4 and there is no age limit.

What is the difference between your martial art and others in the area?

We teach traditional Shorin-ryu Karate. Most everywhere else is Tae-Kwon-do (even though they say it's Karate). We concentrate on teaching realistic self-defence techniques that really work. If you have ever seen a fight where someone had to defend themself, no one was jumping up in the air spinning around and kicking three people at once!  We also deal with the mental side of the martial arts - Focus, Respect, and Confidence. Our goal is to make better people, both mentaly as well as physically!
